Leapfrog Student Partnership Program is an annual program designed by Leapfrog Technology to help minimize the gap between the industry and academics. Among the 600+ applicants, only 20 students from all over Nepal were selected and I was one of them. Like the theme of this program, "Learn, Lead and Grow", this program helps cultivate soft skills along with the technical skills that is required to excel in the industry.

Over the 9 months in the fellowship program, I was able to grow both professionally and personally. My learning extended to areas such as product design, requirement elicitation, end-to-end project management processess, artificial intelligence, quality assurance, development and DevOps standards necessary for project management and product maintenance. I was also able to work in a team to make a real world project, i.e. Unfortunately due to festivals and exam, we were unable to complete it. Being a Leapfrog Student Partner came with many other perks too. I was able to flex it literally everywhere lol. It also helped me grab many more opportunities along the way. I was also able to participate in the exclusive Leapfrog event such as Quarterly All-Hands. Unfortunately, I didn't participate in the Design_Disco and Revampathon due to my exams and lord knows how much i regret about it. Moreover, the oh-so-delicious lunch and the amazing cool swags are also a fun part of the journey. I made friends for life, learnt MANY things, ate yummy lunches and even got the chance to get amazing swags. Sounds like something that anyone would want right? Yes. It was. The explaination of the program is not enough to describe the experience that I had. To sum this up, I am really grateful to Leapfrog Technology for providing me with this opportunity and letting me be a part of this amazing journey.
